Contract Negotiations
We excel in securing favorable contracts for athletes, whether in their current teams or during transitions to new opportunities.
Some athlete thinks that it’s an easy job to negotiate for a salary so they do that on their own; but rely to an expert means that he really can you use any technique he knows to maximize your profits and make sure you have as much contractual protections as possible.
Another strong point in letting an agent take care of the negotiation phase is to crest a professional dynamic with teams that does not give space to some sort of weaknesses that could affect terms and conditions of the sport contract.
Career Planning and Management
Build a strategy with our athletes to decide what are the steps to make in order to get the final goal, and the final goal depends on player’s needs: some athletes are just interested in having abroad experiences, some others might be interested in reaching overseas Leagues such as XFL, CFL or NFL!

During your season in a team might happen that you have issues with the salary, or with the fact some clauses of the contract aren’t respected by the team.
We‘ll be there for you and we’ll talk with the team in order to be sure you have everything the team promised to you. We’ll also be available in giving you any advice you may need!
